Manually Duplicating a Recurring Project

PreviousWorking with a Recurring ProjectNextTypes of Budgets

Last updated 4 months ago

Do you work for a client every month with the same budget but need to make changes only for the next month? In this article, we'll show you how to do just that.

In the detail view of the recurring project template, you'll find the Manually Duplicate button.

By clicking this button, we instantly create the future project (in our case, Internal Meetings 9/2024).

This allows us to make changes that affect the upcoming project in advance without altering the main template.

Keep in mind that a manually created project like this will still have a future start date, so none of the project participants will be able to log time into it yet.
