Responsible People

Responsible Persons have two main functions

  1. Determine who can view and edit the project

  2. Allow us to filter projects in reports by Responsible Person, similar to Tags

We'll describe both options below.

How to Add a Responsible Person

A user with the role of an Employee cannot be a Responsible Person for a project because they do not have access to the project list. Therefore, you can only select Responsible Persons from users with the roles Manager, Administrator, and Owner.

Creating a New Project

When creating a new project, set the Responsible Person in the final step Summary:

Editing a Project

In project edit, you can select Responsible Persons directly in the basic Project Detail at the end of the form.
