Activating / Deactivating an Activity

If we no longer want to use a particular activity, we can deactivate it. Deactivated activities will no longer appear when creating budgets (they will only be visible in report filters for accessing historical data).

How to Deactivate an Activity?

In the Activities tab, open the details of the activity you want to deactivate. Then, in the top right corner, click the Deactivate Activity button. Confirm your choice in the dialog box.

Once you deactivate an activity, don't forget to also remove it from any recurring project templates it was assigned to.

How to Reactivate an Activity?

In the Activities tab, select the Inactive Activities view.

Next, select the activity you want to reactivate and open its details.

In the activity's details, click on the Reactivate Activity button.

Creating Activities

Activities are all the tasks in which your company spends time. These include internal activities, such as meetings, preparing proposals, etc., and also client work, such as creating a graphic design, programming, or meetings.

Creating a Client

Clients are your customers for whom you work on individual projects. For each project you create in Costlocker, it's necessary to assign a client.
