Alerts
An alert will be displayed for a project whenever more than 80% of the time allocated for that project has been used, or if all the time has been completely used up.

In our example, we added more time records to display the notifications.
The 80% limit is the default setting and you can change it in Company Settings -> Projects -> Critical Limit.
The list of notifications for all projects is then available in the Your Company -> Alerts section.
