Project Expenses
The Project Expenses report is used to display and analyze external expenses in projects. You can find it under Your Company -> Project Expenses
Report - Project expenses
Here, we can filter individual items using various filters and also by the Expense name.
The purchase date is based on two options:
- Either the date we entered for the given Project Expense
- Or the project's end date (if we do not specify a specific date for the project expense)
- In such a case, we see the note (End of Project) under the date in parentheses.
If we set up a specific naming structure, we can easily evaluate profitability.
For example, "Supplier Name" - "Category" - "ID"
This way, we can easily assess profitability by supplier and category and also easily find a specific item using our own identifier.

Group Project Expenses by Client
Similarly to Business Reports, we can group Project Expenses by various views—whether by Projects or, for example, by Client, as shown in the following example:

Business Reports
Business reports display the profitability and workload of individuals over a certain period.
Billing
Billing provides us with an overview of what remains to be billed, or what has already been billed. Thanks to this view, we have an overall understanding of our billing, allowing us to better optimize our cash flow.
