Setting Default Client Rates
We can set default rates for individual activities for each client. These rates will automatically populate the budget when you add a particular activity to the budget of a client's project.
If you create a project with an activity for which a default rate has not yet been set for the client, the rate you just entered in the project will be set as the default rate.
Applies only to budgets with time estimates.
How to Set Rates for a Client?
Open the client details and click on Edit Rates button.
Next, an editing form will appear. Here, simply fill in the Client Rates for individual activities and confirm by clicking the save button.
For explanation: When creating a budget for the client "Milkshake Corporation" in the next budget creation, upon adding the activity "Design", the Client Rate will be pre-filled with the amount of $150.
