In this section, we'll take a closer look at the project details and the information you can monitor here.

What Do We See Here?

Revenue This is the total amount you're supposed to receive for the project — that is, the cost for team members' work plus the total sum of the sales prices of Project Expenses.

Current Profit / Costs Indicates the current state of profit and costs if we were to finish the project right now without adding any more expenses or logging additional time.

Estimated Profit / Costs Shows the expected outcome of the project—that is, if we work the hours specified in the budget and apply all external costs as planned.

Additionally, on the lower left side of the screen, you can see the Current Profit on team members and expenses.

Remaining Budget Displays the amount you still need to work off in sales prices (i.e., how much revenue you have yet to generate on the project).

Tracked / Estimated Hours The number of hours that have already been worked on the project and how many are left to work.

Profit Margin Shows what percentage of the total project price is current and estimated profit.

Discount If you offer a discount on the project, it will be calculated here.

Responsible Persons Indicates which individuals are responsible for the project (often signifies which managers have access to the budget).

Project Start and End Dates

The timeline shows the start and end of the project, including how much time has already been used up.

The displayed tiles vary depending on the user role and budget type.
